Kelsey and Patrick got married in Huntsville on May 30th, and it was such an amazing day! We started off with a walk around downtown with their adorable pup, Winslow. It was so fun having him there for photos, and he looked quite dapper in his yellow bow tie! Kelsey and Patrick’s ceremony was at First United Methodist, a gorgeous, white church with purple doors (the best)!
After these two said “I do” we headed over to The Roundhouse, which was decked out with summer flowers, colorful lanterns, and twinkly bistro lights. Everything was beautiful, and we even had a tiny rain shower and rainbow at sunset. It could not have worked out better!
I have loved getting to know this sweet couple, and am so happy to have been there to capture their day. Many thanks to Rachel Coffey for shooting with me — you will see some of her work throughout this post! Enjoy!
Loved Kelsey and Patrick’s “first look” with Winslow!
They were all so excited to see each other. The sweetest!
We lucked out with this awesome building that matched Kelsey and Patrick’s wedding colors, yellow and grey!
This happened when I asked Patrick and Kelsey to hold hands (and Patrick’s hands were full). So cute!
In addition to being so beautiful inside and out, Kelsey was just the most adorable bride ever! She shed quite a few happy tears throughout the day, and it was so touching to see how genuinely excited she was.
Kelsey’s flower girl, Chloe, wore the same dress Kelsey wore when she was a flower girl at her age!
Their “guest book” was a quilt Kelsey and her grandmother made together. It was beautiful and so special!
Their first dance song was “You and Me” by Dave Matthews Band. Perfect!
We had just enough rain to sneak out with the umbrella for a few minutes!
Congrats Kelsey and Patrick!
